8. Talking to Luna
Luna is an AI. Her face and voice are computer generated and do not belong to a real person, living or dead, and she will tell you so at the start of every conversation. Talking to her is always your choice: the site works the same if you never start a call.
A call uses your microphone, and your camera if you switch it on. While the call is running, what you say is turned into text so she can understand you, and if your camera is on, your expression and tone of voice are read in real time so she can judge how to respond. This is used only to hold that conversation, as it happens. We do not use it to identify you, we do not match your face against any other image, and we do not build a profile from it.
The audio and video are handled by the specialist provider that renders her and understands speech, acting on our instructions and subject to their own retention terms. We do not switch on call recording, and we do not keep a copy of the video or audio ourselves.
If you ask her to put you in touch with someone, she passes on the details you gave her out loud, such as your name, email address, company, and a short note on what you were after, so a person can follow up. That is the part of a call that becomes a record we hold, and it is handled the same as anything else you send us through this site. Nothing is shared with anyone for marketing.
You can end a call at any time by closing it, and you can decline the camera and still talk to her. If you would rather not talk to an AI at all, use the contact page and a person will answer instead.
