Measured, not marketed
Every number we publish comes out of a production database, not a pitch deck. If a claim cannot be traced to a query, it does not ship. You will never catch us rounding up.
About
Black Raven started by keeping other companies' technology running. That work is relentless, repetitive and full of decisions that follow rules. So we started building software to make those decisions. Then the software got good.
The turn
The first automations were scripts. Then they started reading context, weighing it, and coming back with a recommendation good enough to act on. At some point we stopped calling them scripts, gave them names, and put them on the org chart.
Today more than twenty of them run our sales pipeline, our support queue, our security alerts, our vendor reconciliation and our meeting record. Nobody on this team spends their day pasting numbers between systems any more. That is the product.
The line
We are not romantic about this. An agent with permission it has not earned is just a faster way to cause an outage. Everything we build starts fully gated: it drafts, a person reviews, a person sends.
Gates come off one at a time, on evidence, and on the client's decision rather than ours. The most consequential action in our stack, pulling a compromised machine off the network, still requires a client to have signed for that specific capability in advance. We would rather be slower than be the vendor who quarantined a production server on a hunch.
Each owns a function outright rather than assisting with one.
Managed technology, cybersecurity, software and AI under one roof.
Across manufacturing, healthcare, finance, professional services and non profit clients.
Every agent decision logged with its reasoning, reviewable at any time.
What we believe
Every number we publish comes out of a production database, not a pitch deck. If a claim cannot be traced to a query, it does not ship. You will never catch us rounding up.
Nothing gets sold that is not already carrying load inside our own company. If an agent is not trusted with our billing, it is not going near yours.
Automation goes to the work that is repetitive, high volume and safe to undo. The irreversible actions stay behind a person until you decide otherwise, in writing.
When someone asks us to replace a system nobody understands, we go and understand it first. A number produced before the assessment is a guess wearing a suit.
Work with us
Ask us what the agents get wrong. It is a better question than asking what they get right, and we will answer it.
