Agentic AI and platform engineering

Technology that pays for itself.

We build AI agents that do the work you were about to hire for. Sales, support, security, finance, running on managed technology and cybersecurity that already holds the place together. Enterprise capability without the enterprise payroll, and every agent runs our own operations before it ever touches yours.

What we sell

Four things, and they all run on each other.

The agents need a system of record, so we built one. The security pipeline needs an estate to watch, so we manage one. Nothing here is a slide or a beta. Every pillar is carrying live production load right now.

01

Managed Technology and Cybersecurity

Our bread and butter: managed IT services and cybersecurity. Help desk and IT support that answers, endpoints, cloud, backup and a layered security stack, backed by agents that never sleep. Sold on its own or as the foundation under everything above.

  • Help desk and endpoint management
  • Cybersecurity: detection, email security, awareness
  • Backup, continuity and recovery
  • Cloud, identity and technology strategy

Manufacturing, healthcare, finance, non profit

02

Agentic SOC

Detection, triage and incident work handled autonomously around the clock. Containment is armed and sits behind written client authorization, so an agent never pulls a device off the network on its own initiative.

  • Autonomous alert triage and verdicts
  • Incident correlation and escalation
  • Consent gated endpoint containment
  • Full audit trail on every action

Live, watching around the clock

03

AI Agents

Named agents that own a function end to end rather than answering questions about it. They read, decide, draft, and hand off to a human at the point where a human is actually required.

  • Sales, quoting and renewals
  • Support triage and onboarding
  • Licensing reconciliation and finance
  • Meeting capture and follow through

04

Raven CRM

The full commercial cycle in one record: prospect, opportunity, proposal, signature, invoice. Agents work inside the record instead of bolted on beside it.

  • Proposal and contract generation
  • Electronic signature and countersign
  • Billing and accounting sync
  • AI email, SMS and voice on the same record

Autonomous security operations

The analyst that never gets to hour nine of a shift.

Alert fatigue is not a discipline problem. It is a volume problem, and volume is the one thing software is good at. Our security agent works every alert the same way at 3am as it does at 10am: pull the context, reach a verdict, correlate it against everything else in flight, and escalate what a person actually needs to see.

Containment is the part everyone gets wrong. An agent that can quarantine a device on a hunch is a liability, not a feature. Ours is armed and audited, and it will not fire until a client has authorized that action in writing for their own environment. Until then it recommends and a human pulls the trigger.

PipelineAutonomous path
Auto

Alert ingested and enriched. Asset, user, prior history and blast radius attached before a verdict is attempted.

Auto

Verdict reached, every alert, at any hour. False positives are closed with a reason, not silently dropped.

Auto

Correlated into an incident that carries every observable that built it, so the story is intact when a person picks it up.

Gated

Containment recommended. Blocked from firing unless that client has signed authorization on file for autonomous isolation.

Human

An engineer approves, declines, or takes it over. Every decision is written to an immutable audit trail either way.

Free assessment

Can your domain be spoofed? Most can. Find out free.

If your email authentication is not set up correctly, anyone on the internet can send mail that looks like it came from your company: to your customers, your bank, your own staff. Most domains we check are wide open, and the fix usually takes us 30 to 45 minutes.

The check is free and the result is plain language, not a score out of ten. If something is open we will fix it free, 30 to 45 minutes, no strings. If your setup is already right, it will tell you that too.

It runs as Hawkeye Flyover, which also reads your wider domain records and checks whether your people's credentials are already sitting in a breach dump. The spoofing verdict appears on screen as soon as you run it.

AssessmentFree
Sending

Which servers are authorized to send mail as your domain, and whether that list is enforced or advisory.

Signing

Whether your legitimate mail is cryptographically signed, so receivers can tell it apart from a forgery.

Policy

What receiving servers are told to do with mail that fails: nothing, quarantine, or reject. Most domains say nothing.

Report

A plain language readout of what an attacker could do today and the exact records that close the gap.

30-45 min

Run your free Flyover: nothing touches your systems and the spoofing verdict is on screen straight away. Partners: we run these for your clients too.

23
Agents in production

Each owns a function outright. They run our sales, support, security, engineering, licensing and finance every day.

One
Partner, whole stack

Managed technology, cybersecurity, software and AI under one roof, so nothing falls between vendors.

24/7
Autonomous security coverage

Every alert enriched, judged and correlated the same way at 3am as at 10am. No queue, no fatigue.

100%
Actions audited

Every agent decision is logged with its reasoning. If you want to know why something happened, the answer exists.

Solutions

Built once, proven in production, sold to you.

Every solution below is running for real clients right now. We do not publish names, because being someone's technology partner is not the same as having permission to use their logo. The problems, though, we know by heart.

Revenueoperations

Unified commercial platform

Sales in one tool, quotes in a second, signatures in a third, invoices in a fourth, and a person paid to keep them agreeing. Raven CRM collapses the whole cycle into one record, with AI email, SMS and voice working the same pipeline your people see. Deals stop leaking between systems.

Backoffice

The AI operations team

Triage, onboarding, licensing reconciliation, statement matching, meeting follow through. The work that eats your best people a day at a time. A pod of named agents takes it over function by function, each behind a review gate until the audit trail earns its removal. Headcount goes to judgement, not rekeying.

Securityoperations

A SOC without the seat count

Mid market companies get enterprise threats without enterprise security teams. Our autonomous pipeline works every alert to a verdict around the clock, correlates incidents, and escalates only what a person genuinely needs to see. Containment stays behind your written authorization, always.

Replacing the system nobody dares touch

Every established company has one: the platform the business runs on and nobody fully understands. We take the assessment first, map what the data actually is and what would genuinely break, then rebuild in stages with the old system running until the new one has earned the switch. Findings before quotes, always.

Customerexperience

Portals your customers actually use

Intake, ordering and self service portals shaped around how your staff really work, with an AI assistant on the front and your systems on the back. Requests arrive structured instead of as voicemail, and your team stops being the API between the customer and the database.

Costcontrol

Licensing that fits what you actually use

Most software estates are renewed as found, year after year, waste included. We scope, price and right size the whole stack, then an agent reconciles what vendors bill against what is actually deployed, every day, in both directions. The savings usually fund the rest of the conversation.

How we work

We are our own first customer.

Every agent we sell has been running our own company first. Our sales pipeline, our support queue, our security alerts, our vendor reconciliation, our meeting notes. If an agent is not good enough to be trusted with our own billing, it is not going anywhere near yours.

Running the agents on ourselves keeps us honest about what they can and cannot do. You get the version that has already survived contact with a real pipeline, a real queue and a real close, not a demo that has only ever seen demo data.

EngagementWhat it looks like
Scope

We watch the work you actually do, and find the parts that are repetitive, high volume and reversible. Those go first.

Build

One agent, one function, running alongside your team with every action logged and nothing sent without review.

Loosen

Where the audit trail earns it, the review gate comes off one step at a time. Where it does not, it stays on. Your call, not ours.

Human

People stop doing the part software is better at and start doing the part it is not. That is the whole point.

Start somewhere real

Bring us the process you hate.

Not a strategy deck. Bring the thing your team does forty times a week that nobody wants to own. We will tell you honestly whether an agent should be doing it, and if the answer is no we will say so.
